We revolve everything around people. Moving job is one of the most important life decisions our candidates will make. Similarly hiring the right person with the right skills at the right level is one of the most important decisions our clients’ make in their careers.

The motivations which drive peoples’ decisions concerning hiring and their careers are as important as their skills and experience. We take the time to understand and work with parties on both sides of the equation to determine these drivers.

From our long years in the industry, we have the knowledge to ask the right questions, giving us the confidence to drill beneath what is on a CV or role criteria to the person and the real requirements beneath.

Focus on the long-term:

We treasure the trust our clients have in our abilities and are mindful that trust is hard won and easily lost. We know to maintain our clients trust we must be constantly striving for the highest level of output on every search.

Our clients’ strategies, products & mathematical techniques are constantly changing with the broader market and global innovations; we make sure we adapt with them. We use an iterative approach to identifying the best candidate in each mandate. This allows us to be as acquainted and conversant to changing practises and mathematical disciplines as possible.

We have been working with a number of our current clients since our firms inception in 2006 to the present day. We also find ourselves in the position of regularly working with new clients who have been personally recommended to us by people who know and trust us to deliver.
